Bustling Dagupan City becomes doubly busy throughout December as it marks the joint formal opening of the annual City Fiesta and the season of Advent on December 16.

The city is expected to come to a standstill as the parade of local officials, Miss Dagupan candidates, teachers, professionals, civic organizations, associations of ethnic residents, and giant floats of various corporate sponsors will breeze through the city’s central business district for the grand civic parade beginning 2:30pm at the Eternal Gardens Memorial Park.
